I . Call to Order. TIME: 8:03 A.M.
2. Roll Call. PRESENT: Councilmembers Matsumoto and
Gupta, Planning Commission Chair Alan
Wong.
ABSENT: Planning Commissioner Aris Ruiz.
Public Comments, None.
4. I-lousing Element Update Presentation (Tony Rozzi, Sr. Planner).
Senior Planner Tony Rozzi provided Committee members with information about the previous
Housing Element cycle including details about types of income groups and affordability, as well as its
current status and tentative schedule. Planner Rozzi proceeded to introduce the 12 new Housing
Element Programs and answered clarifying questions.
Committee members requested that the blending of low income housing units into a variety of
locations. Committee members also expressed strong support for home sharing programs and
discussed the Anti - Displacement Strategy,
