4. Motion to approve the minutes of December 12, 2012.
Motion—Boardmember Gupta/Second—Vice Chair Garbarino: to approve the minutes of
December 12, 2012. Unanimously approved by voice vote.
5. Adjournment.
Being no further business, Chair Matsumoto adjourned the meeting at 7:06 p.m.
