4. Motion to approve the Minutes of December 10, 2014.
Motion—Boardmember Garbarino/Second—Boardmember Gupta: to approve the Minutes of
December 10, 2014. Approved by the following voice vote: AYES: Boardmembers Gupta and
Normandy, Vice Chair Gupta, and Chair Addiego; NOES: None. ABSTAIN: None. ABSENT:
Boardmember Matsumoto.
5. Adjournment.
Being no further business Chair Addiego adjourned the meeting at 6:58 P.M.
