e~%i~ $. Pe~ission to hold professional sp~riz~ exhibitions
must first be obtained from the Bo~d of T~stees.
Section ~. Eve~ person ~ing as a prinoip~, in ~eh
exhibition shall, prior to the holding of the said e~ibition,
file with the ~ marshal of tho Ci~ of South S~n Francisco, a
certificate on the p~% of some physici~ to the effect that he
in perfect physical condition.
Section ~. Professional ~arring e~ibitions may be given of a l~-
ited m~ber of rounds, and the principals shall we~ gloves of
not less than five ounces.
Section 5; Any domestic incorporated athletic club obtaining pe~i~
sion to give professional ~ri~ exhibitions which violates a~
of the provisions of this ordinance shall forfeit its license to
hold ~,oh exhibitions.
