ABSENT: None.
3. Public Comments.
4. Motion to approve the Minutes of December 9, 2015.
Motion — Boardmember Garbarino /Second — Boardmember Addiego: to approve the Minutes of
December 9, 2015. Unanimously approved by roll call vote.
Boardmember Addiego asked City staff to consider whether the District could play a role in the
Oyster Point Marina Development in the future.
5. Adjournment.
Being no further business Chair Gupta adjourned the meeting at 9:41 p.m.
