corporation or association to store, manufacture, sell or discharge
say fireworks or firecrackers, torpedoes, or' any other similar
agency that creates noise or fire withia the City and County of
Sa~ Francisco; provided.however, that publie displays of fireworks
may be gives with the Joint. written consent and under the supervision
of the Fire Marshal and Chief of P~liee.
II.
Fireworks or firecrackers imported from foreign eeuntries for
trans-shipment may be temporarily stored while ia transit in sueh
bonded warehouses as may be designated by the Fire Marshal.

Any person or persons, f~. sorter&ties or asoeciatioa who or
