lng a System for the ~sessment, Levy ~d Collection
of all City Taxes in the City of ~uth S~ Fr~cisco"
passed April 19th, 1909, by adding thereto two sections
to be n~bered 23 ~d 54.
The City Council of the City of South ~n Francisco do
ordain as foll~s:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 21 of the City of South
Francisco entitled "~ Ordinance ~roviding a System for the ~sess-
merit, Levy ~d Collection of all City Taxes in the City of South
San Fr~cisco", passed ~ril 19, 1909, is hereby ~ended by adding
thereto two sections to be n~bered 53 ~d 54, which said sections
shall read as folio'as:
Section 53: That certain ~p ~nsisting of two sheets,
and designated "Official ~p of the City of ~uth ~n Francisco,
S~ Mateo County, California," is hereby adopted as the official
~p of ~uth ~n Francisco.
Section 54. In each asses~ent roll of the property
within said City of ~uth San Francisco to be prepared hereafter,
including the assessment roll for the year 1934, all l~d not
designated on ~y map duly filed and recorded in the office of the
County Recorder of the County of ~n },lateo, State of Oalifo~ia,
shall be described by ~ intelligent reference to said map and
each such reference shall constitute the designation of the parcel
of land corre~onding to such reference, as such parcel of l~d
delineated on s~d map, and shall be deemed to be part of such
assessment roll.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be published once in
"The Enterprise ~d The ~uth ~n Francisco Journal", a weekly newspaper
printed and published in said City of South ~n Francisco, ~d shall
t~e effect and be in force from ~d after the e~iration of thirty
(50) days after its adoption.
