The city council of the City of South San Prancisco do ordain
as follows:

a period of not exceedi:~ three (3} months, or by both such fine and

Section ~. This ordinance shall be published once in ~The
Enterprise~, a newspaper of ~eneral circulation printed and published
in said City of South San Fz.~cisco and shall take effect and be in
force from and after the expiration of thirty {30~ days after its
adoption.
