HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrd 296-1950 MOBILES IN THE SOU~W~D AND B~N~OOD BUSINESS DISTRICTS OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN F~NCISCO. The City Council of the City of South San Francisco does ordain as follows: Section 1. Operators of automobiles may park such automobiles along the westerly curb line of E1 Camino Real, in the City of South San Francisco, for the distance of five hundred (500) feet southerly along the westerly curb line of said E1 Camino Real from the south line of Orange Avenue; and along the westerly curb line of said E1 Camino Real, for the distance of three hundred forty (3~0) feet northerly along the westerly line of said E1 Camino Real from the north line of Hazelwood Drive. The angle of such parking shall be forty-fiVe degrees (~5°} from said curb line of E1 Camino Real. The space for such angle parking shall not be less than ten (10) feet in width. Section 2. Any person, ~ho shall violate any provi- sion of this ordinance, shall be deemed guilty of a misde- meanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be p~nished by a fine not less than FIVE DOLLARS ($5o00) and not exceeding TWENTy-FIVE DOLLARS ($25.00), or by imprisonment for a period not exceeding FIFTEEN (15) days, or by both such fine and imprisonment. Section 3. This ordinance shall be published by one (1) insertion in the South San Francisco Enterprise-Journal, a newspaper of general circulation published and circulated in the City of South San Francisco and shall take effect and be in force on the expiration of thirty (30) days after its adoption. Introduced this 3rd day of April, 1950.
