cisco does ordain as follows=
Section 1. The office of deputy city treasurer
is hereby created.
Section 2. The deputy city treasumer shall per-
for the duties of the treasumer of said city in the absence
of said city treasumer from the State of California and in the
event, for any reason, of the inability of said city
to pe~fo~ his duties.
