AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 353,
AS AMENDED, ENTITLED "ZONING ORDINANCE 0F
THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO PASSED AND
ADOPTED AUGUST 10, 1954
The City Council of the City of South San Francisco
does ordain as follows:
SECTION I. Subsection 2.2 of Ordinance No. 353, as
amended, entitled "Zoning Ordinance of the City of South San
Francisco", passed and adopted on August 10, 1954, is hereby
amended so that the following described parcel of real prop-
erty may be re-zoned from its present classification, from
an unclassified district or U District to a neighborhood
commercial district or C-1 District, that parcel of land
situate and lying in the City of South San Francisco, County
of San Mateo, State of California, and more particularly des-
cribed as follows:
"BEGINNING at a point where the northeasterly line
of Block Lettered "B" intersects the northwesterly line of
Country Club Drive, as said Block and Drive are shown on the
map entitled "MAP NO. 1 COUNTRY CLUB PARK SAN MATE0 COUNTY,
CALIFORNIA", filed in the office of the Recorder of the
County of San Mateo, State of California on May 9, 1941 in
Book 23 of Maps at pages 5~, 55 and 56; thence from said
point of beginning, along the northeasterly line of said
Block Lettered "B" and its prolongation, North 31° 15' West
180 feet to the true point of beginning of the lauds to be
described herein; thence from said true point of beginning,
continuing North 31° 15' West 275 feet; thence North 58° 45'
East 270.17 feet to the southwesterly line of E1Camino Real,
as established by Deed from Mar~ Janeiro et al, to the State
of California, dated January 26, 1956 and recorded July 2,
1956 in Book.3052 of.Official Records of San Mateo County
at page 568 (67087N), thence along said southwesterly line,
South 31° 15' East 275 feet; thence South 58° 45' West 270.17
feet to the true point of beginning.

SECTION II. This ordinance shall be published once
as required by law and shall t~ke effect and be in force thirty-
(30) days from and after its adoption.

City Council of the City of South San F~ancisco this 10th
day of April , 1961 , by the following vote:

Leo J. Hyan.
NOES, " None.
