AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 353,
AS AMENDED, ENTITLED "ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO PASSED
AND ADOPTED AUGUST 10, 1954
The City Council of the City of South San Francis-
co does ordain as follows:
SECTION I. Subsection 2.2 of Ordinance No. 353,
as amended, entitled "Zoning Ordinance of the City of South
San Francisco", passed and adopted on August 10, 1954, is
hereby amended so that the followin~ described parcels of
real property may be rezoned from its present classifica-
tion, from a single family residential district or R-1 dis-
trict to a duplex residential district or R-2 district,
those parcels of land situate and lying in the City of South
San Francisco, County of San Mateo, State of California, and
more particularly described as follows:
PARCEL I.
"STARTING at the northeast corner of Lot 18, Block
2, Parkway Terrace No. 2, South San F~ancisco, California;
thence proceediu¢ in a southeasterly direction South 28°
33' 48" East, 94~41 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING:
thence proceeding from the true point of beginning in a
southeasterly direction South 7° 05' 58" East, a distance
of 102.75 feet; thence turuin¢ and proceeding in a north-
thence
westerly direction North 74° 27' West, 50 feet; 31"
turning in a northwesterly direction North 16° 10' West,
a distance of 78.95 feet; thence proceeding iua north-
easterly direction North 77° 30' East for a distance of
58.85 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
The total parcel coutainiu~ approximately 4460
square feet or 0.102 Acres and being a portion of Lot 18,
Block 2, Parkway Terrace No. 2, South San Francisco,
California.
PARCEL II.
STARTING at the southwest corner of Lot 19, Block
R, Parkway Terrace No. 2, South San Francisco, California,
which is the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence proceeding in
a northeasterly direction North 1° 18' 50" East for a dis-
tauce of 36 feet, plus or minus; thence turuin~ and pro-
ceediu~ iua northeasterly direction North 77°-30' East for
a distance of 66.15 feet, plus or minus; thence turuiu~ and
proceeding iua southeasterly direction South 16° 10' ~l"
East, 78.95 feet; thence turnin~ and proceeding iua north-
westerly direction North 74° 27' West for a distance of
91.50 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
The total ~arcel coutainiu~ approximately 4280
square feet or 0.09~ Acres and being a portion of Lot
Block 2, Parkway Terrace No. 2, South San Francisco,
California.
SECTION II. This ordinance shall be published once
as required by law and shall take effect and be iu force
thirty (30) days from and after its adoption.

meeting of the City Council of the City of South San Fran-
cisco this 19th day of June , 1961 , by
