AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 353,
AS AMENDED, ENTITLED, "ZONING ORDINANCE OF
THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO", PASSED
AND ADOPTED AUGUST'10, 1954.
The City Council of the City of South San Francisco
does ordain as follows:
SECTION I. The following parcels of property are
hereby zoned Restricted Multiple Family Residential District
or R-3 District:
Those parcels located in Peck's Subdivision as
shown on the Zoning Map of the City of South
San Francisco, more particularly described as
parcels 12-081, 63, 64, 77, 78, 80, 81, 82, 83,
84, 85 and 86, Assessor's Map 12, dated March
7, 1960, said parcel formerly designated as
Lots~19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28,
29, 30, 31, 64 and parcel 23, Block "U", Map
#1 of Assessor's Maps, contained in the South
San Francisco Block Book.
SECTION II. Subsection 2.2 of Ordinance NOo 353, as
amended, entitled, "Zoning Ordinance of the City of South San
Francisco", passed and adopted on August 10, 1954, and Zoning
Map of the City of South San Francisco, California, dated July
21, 1954, are hereby amended, so that the parcels hereinbefore
described in Section I shall be zoned Restricted Multiple
Family Residential District or R-3 District and shall be so
established and delineated upon said Zoning Map.
SECTION III. This ordinance shall be published once
as required by law and shall take effect and be in force
thirty (30) days from and after its adoption.
Introduced this 6th day of November 19.61 .
Passed and adopted as an ordinance of the City of
South San Francisco at a regular meeting
of the City Council of the City of South San Francisco this
20th day of November 19 61, by the following
vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN Patrick E. Ahem, Emilio Cortesi and
Andrew Rocca
NOES, " None
ABSENT, " G.J. Rozzi and Leo J. Rwan

passed by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at its regular meeting on the 2Otb day of November
19 61 .
