AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.
611, PASSED JANUARY 18, 1971, ENTITLED,
"AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA, PROHIBITING THE
SALE OF CERTAIN NON-RETUFJ4ABLE OR DIS-
POSABLE BEVERAGE CONTAINERS WITHIN THE
CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO."
THE CITY ~OUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I.
OPERATIVE DATE OF ORDINANCE NO. 611.
The operative date of Ordinance No. 611, passed the 18th
day of January, 1971, entitled, "An Ordinance. of the City of
South San Francisco, California, Prohibiting the Sale of Certain
Non-Returnable or Disposable'Beverage Containers Within the City
~f South San Francisco," shall be the 30%h day of ~%ember
SECTION II. PUBLICATION AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
This Ordinance shall'be published once in the "Enterprise-.
Journal," a newspaper of general circulation in the City of South
San Francisco, as required by law, and shall become effective'
thirty (30) days from and after its adoption.
Introduced this 3rd
day of May , 19 71 .
Passed and adopted as an Ordinance of the City of South
San Francisco at a regular meet.ing of the City Council
of the City of South San Francisco this '17th day of May
