AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 575,
AS AMENDED (PLANNED COMMUNITY DISTRICT)
AND ORDINANCE 353, AS AMENDED.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. AMENDMENT SECTION II, ORDINANCE 575, AS
AMENDED, REPEALING CLASSIFICATION OF PARCEL B.
The act set forth in Section II of Ordinance 575, as amended,
adopted May 13, 1968, establishing and zoning Parcel B as therein
described as a Planned Community Commercial District or Zone is
hereby repealed.
SECTION II.
AMENDMENT SECTION VI, ORDINANCE 575, AS
AMENDED, REPEALING SUB-SECTION B.
Sub-Section B of Section VI of Ordinance 575, as amended,
adopted May 13, 1968, is hereby repealed.
SECTION III.
AMENDMENT OF SECTION II-A OF ORDINANCE 575,
AS AMENDED ADDING SUB-SECTION D - PARCEL
G-4 (PLANNED COMMUNITY DUPLEX FAMILY
DISTRICT OR ZONES - PC-DF).
Section II-A of Ordinance 5?5, as amended, adopted May 13,
1968, is hereby amended to add sub-section D - Parcel G-4
thereto to establish or zone said parcel Planned Community
Duplex Family District or Zone (PC-DF).

City of South San Francisco, County of San
Mateo, State of California, being portions of
Parcel "A", Parcel "B" and Parcel "C", as said
parcels are shown on that certain Parcel Map
entitled "PARCEL MAP, DIVISI0i~ OF 1.469 ACRE
PARCEL, NORTHEAST COPaWER OF WESTBOROUGH AND
CALLAN BOULEVARDS, SOUTH S~q FRANCISCO,
CALIFORNIA:, filed January 2, 1970, in Book 9
of Parcel Maps at Page 11, San Mateo County
Records, described as follows:

CENTRAL RECORDS
COMMENCING at the intersection of the center-
line of 0akmont Drive with the centerline of Bantry
Lane, as said Drive and Lane are shown on that cer-
tain Map entitled "TRACT NO. 798, WESTBOROUGH UNIT
NO. lB, SAN MATE0 COUNTY, CALIFORNIA", filed September
13, 1961 in Book 55 of Maps at Pages 16 and 17, San
Mateo County Records; running thence along the center-
line of 0akmont Drive and its northerly prolongation,
North 22° 18' West 255.00 feet; thence leaving said
line, North 67° 42' East 42.00 feet to the TRUE
POINT OF BEGINNING; thence from said TRUE POINT OF
BEGINNING along the easterly line of Callan Boule-
vard (formerly 0akmont Drive, Map) as said Callan
Boulevard (Oakmont Drive) is shown on that certain
Map entitled "WESTBOROUGH - WEST PARK UNIT NO. 1,
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, SAN MATE0 COUNTY, CALIFORNIA",
filed November 19, 1964 in Book 61 of Maps at Pages
11, 12, 13, 14, 19 and 16, San Mateo County Records,
North 22° 18' West (North 21° 05' 35" West, Map)
101.84 feet; on the arc of a curve to the left,
tangent to the last said course, with a radius of
2792.26 feet (2792.00 feet, Map), subtending a
central angle of 5° 19' 07", an arc distance of
259.20 feet; thence leaving said Caltan Boulevard
line, North 62° 22' $3" East 141.01 feet; southerly
on the arc of a curve to the right, from a tangent
bearing South 27° 37' 07" Eas.t, with a radius of
2933.27 feet, subtending a central angle of 4° 57'
39", an arc distance of 253.97 feet; South 22° 39'
49" East 9.14 feet; and South 22° 18' East 141.01
feet to a point on the northerly line of Westborough
Boulevard; thence along the said northerly line of
Westborough Boulevard, South 67° 42' West 111.01
feet; thence leaving said line on the arc of a
curve to the right, tangent to the last said course,
with a radius of 30.00 feet, subtending a central
angle of ~0° 00', an arc distance of 47.12 feet to
the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 1.283 acres, more or less.
SECTION IV.
DELINEATION ON ZONING MAP AND RELATED
DOCUMENTS.
The designation, location and boundary of Parcel G-4, so
established and zoned shall be delineated upon the map entitled,
"Zoning Map - Westborough-West Park No. 3," as amended, which
map is described in Ordinance 575, as amended, which ordinance

was adopted May 13, 1968, on the Zoning Map of the City of
South San Francisco, and upon the related plans set forth in
Section IV of said Ordinance 575, entitled "General Regulations."
SECTION V. PUBLICATION AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
This Ordinance shall be published once in the "Enterprise-
Journal," a newspaper of general circulation in the City of
South San Francisco, as required by law, and shall become
effective thirty (30) days from and after its adoption.

San Francisco at a regular meeting of the City Council
