AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE
NO. 611 PASSED JANUARY 18, 1971.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
.DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:~
SECTION I. REPEAL OF ORDINANCE NO. 611.
Ordinance No. 811, adopted January 18, 1971, and amended
by Ordinance No. 615, passed May 17, 1971, entitled, "An
Ordinance of the City of Sout~ San' Francisco, California,
Prohibiting the Sale of Certain Non-Returnable or Disposable
Beverage Containers Within the City of South San Francisco,"
is hereby repealed.
SECTION II. PUBLICATION AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
This Ordinance shall be published once in the "Enterprise-
1 ·
Journal," a newspaper of general circulation, .printed and
published in ~he City of South San Francisco, as required by
law, within fifteen (15) days after adoption, and shall become
effective thirty (30) days after adoption thereof.
