AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 353, AS AMENDED, ENTITLED
"ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRAN-
CISCO'' AND ESTABLISHING ZONING DISTRICT CLASSI-
FICATION FOR THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED
The City Council of the City of South San Francisco does
ordain as follows:
I. Amendment of Section 2.2 and Zoning Map:
Subsection 2.2 of 0rdinance No. 35B, as amended, en-
titled "Zoning Ordinance of the City of South San Francisco",
passed and adopted August 10: 19S4~ and "Zoning Map of the
City of South San Francisco, California", dated March 1, 1981,
adopted March 5, 1982, are hereby amended so that the property
hereinafter described in Section III shall be established as a
R-3 Restricted Multiple-Family District.
· II. Delineation on Zoning- Map:
The designation, location and boundary of the property
herein zoned and hereinafter more particularly described shall
be delineated upon the map entitled' "Zooming Map of the City of
South San Francisco, California", dated ~arch 1, 1961, adopted
March 5, 1962
III. Establishment of Zoning Classification:
The following described property is hereby zoned and
established as a R-9 Restricted Multiple-Family District.

IV.
Publication and Effective Date:
This Ordinance shall ~e published once as required by
law and shall take effect and be in force thirty (30) days.from
· and after its adoption.
